All sales on custom printed t-shirts, jewelry, shape wear, undergarments, bodysuits, swimsuits, white items and clearance and/or sale items are final.
Boutique 81 unfortunately doesn't offer refunds. we accept exchanges only. All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days after receipt. Returns sent back after the 5 day allowance will be returned to you and your return will not be honored.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags must still be attached.
In the case that you order an item that is ill-fitting, we offer an exchange of the same item in a different size. If the item is no longer in stock, we offer a store credit minus shipping charge.
Keep in mind when exchanging any items, the customer will be reponsible for the shiping charges when sending items back.
